“ My new favorite ramen spot!!! I got the Sunset Shoyu & my boyfriend got the Classic Tonkotsu. I’ve been wanting to try and so glad we did. The broth is flavorful yet not too heavy. Perfect during the cold weather. We got the karaage as well and it’s the best I’ve tried in Austin!! Edamame was yummy too. The ramen was the perfect size and didn’t leave us feeling sick after eating so much. I also love how you have options to order at the counter or QR code at your table. Definitely coming back again with more family! ”

This was hands down the best ramen we've ever had. The Spicy Tonkotsu and the Tonkotsu Tan Tan were both incredible. The broth was so rich and flavorful, you could literally drink it. The pork was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the egg in the ramen was cooked to perfection. My son loved his Spicy Tonkotsu so much that I barely got a chance to taste it before he finished the whole bowl! We also ordered some sides—the Chicken Karaage and the Curry Korokke—and they were just as unforgettable. The Chicken Karaage was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. The Curry Korokke had such a comforting, savory flavor and a crispy texture that made it hard not to order more. The experience was so good that we even left with one of their T-shirts because my son insisted he had to have one. Ramen512 is definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone who loves authentic, soul-satisfying ramen. ”

“ I was always more of a pho guy over ramen as most of the places I’ve had ramen at were just so so and a slight step up from the instant Tonkotsu cups you get from Costco. Ramen512 in Cedar Park just completely flipped the script with a superb bowl of spicy tonkotsu and now I’m questioning if pho is worth it anymore when you can come to this place for some excellent, grade A5 ramen. If you’re in the area definitely stop by and if not it is worth the drive. You will not be disappointed, 100% guaranteed. Take it to the bank. Back again and still fantastic. Nothing to show as the bowl is empty and my belly is full. ”

We always look at vents and walls in establishments and Ramen 512 is ALWAYS spotless. I get spicy tonkatsu, my husband gets black tonkatsu and our daughter gets tonkatsu, every one of them is delicious! The portions are great, you’re never wanting more noodles, the pork and jammy eggs are cooked perfectly and the broth is always luscious! ”
